Silencers

The silence of the smoke expulsion systems is a feature to which our customers are increasingly sensitive.
CP Inox is able to offer silencers both for low frequencies and for medium high frequencies.

Our engineers can evaluate the most suitable system for the needs of the system and to ensure reduced noise at the point of exit of the fumes as required by current regulations.
The range is complete with silencers capable of working dry, for application with high temperature and high noise, to service cogenerators and generators or wet, to service condensing boilers also for industrial power.
Having identified the noise at the generator outlet and the sound level that you want to ensure at the exit of the fumes, a project is developed with specific characteristics capable of satisfying the project requirements.

The customer is provided with the curve with all the abatement levels at the various frequencies, to be attached to the project documents.
The materials used are JR S235 steel (or higher), S235 JRW corten steel (or higher) AISI 304 (1.4301) stainless steel, AISI 316 (1.4401 or 1.4404) stainless steel. Insulation with suitably sized mineral wool.
