HORIZONTAL PIPING

In industrial, hospital and high-power plants, the fumes are full of corrosive substances and condensates, which, considering the large amount of volume, in certain working and temperature conditions can damage mechanically, chemically or electrolysis the materials in contact, more so in the sub-horizontal sections and in aggressive environments.

For these applications, the fumes must be expelled with piping made of materials suitable for resisting these corrosive substances, normally Aisi 304 or Aisi 316L stainless steel of suitable thickness is used.

For this reason, CP Inox is structured to produce piping welded sub-horizontal ducts or with types of couplings that guarantee mechanical resistance and resistance to condensation over time.

Our team of engineers, thanks to the use of software with stress analysis, is able to evaluate the material and the most suitable thickness for the construction of subhorizontal piping lines. In these plants it is also important to evaluate both the correct support system and the compensation system for thermal expansion.

Only at the end of all these assessments, it is possible to propose the right solution to the customer, designed for the specific application requested.

Thermal insulation and surface finishes can be made in the factory or directly on the installation site based on the possibility of operating on site.

The CE marking of the sub-horizontal pipes is guaranteed by highly specialized operators who are continuously updated with new working technologies.
