TRIGENERATION SYSTEM

Supply and installation of the DN800 and DN900 flue gas line connecting the engine and the machinery (silencers, Scr, recovery boiler, etc.) made of CORTEN steel for the high temperature part and AISI 304 for the low temperature part.

The components of the line were made in our workshops and installed on site by qualified personnel.

The flue gas line was completed with the supply of metal compensation joints, gaskets suitable for use, necessary bolts and structural work supporting the line at the support points provided by the customer.
Supply and installation of self-supporting chimney model FR, external load-bearing shaft, with inserted stainless steel duct with the following characteristics:


Supporting shaft: DN 1100

Internal duct: DN 900

Development: 14 m


Complete with platform, SME and ARPA sampling sockets.



The design was carried out entirely in 3D to interface with what was provided by the customer and highlight possible interferences.
